These large cutting boards are 19.5" x 13.5" x 1.75" and are excellent for prepping large amounts of food! The bottom edges on the sides are beveled to make it easy to pick up, carry, and clean. The cutting boards are made from maple and cherry for easy chopping without dulling your knives.
The cutting boards come seasoned with a food-safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax, but will need to be properly seasoned upon arrival to prevent cracking!

Large Cutting Board - Cherry & Maple
Do not use soap or any cleaner to wash the cutting boards - only use water. Soap will remove the oils and lead to drying and cracking.
Cutting boards must be seasoned properly to prevent cracking and warping. Do not let the cutting board dry out. Apply a cutting board oil (e.g., food-grade mineral oil) generously every time the board appears dry. Let the oil soak in. The cutting boards will need more oil in the first month until they are fully saturated.
